Lift a bottom supported door such as an sliding glass patio door straight up to clear the bottom track.

To realign your doorin the tracks at the top and bottom of the frame remove the door from the track and reinsert it.
If the door becomes even harder to open turn the screw in the opposite direction.
Then sharply angle the bottom of the door outward and lift the door from the track.
Due to fluctuations in weather and frequency of use it s possible for a sliding glass door s roller to require adjustment.
To start your sliding glass door adjustment project first lift or lower the door on the track with a screwdriver or allen wrench.
Raise it just enough to clear the track and roll smoothly.
Use the adjusting screws at the bottom of the metal door frame to raise or lower the rollers.
After a bit of adjustment the door should roll easily without rubbing on the bottom track.
Make sure the rollers at the top are aligned first then walk the bottom of the door into place pushing the top of the screen door up into the track.
Turning this screw raises or lowers the roller.
